Your Guide to Conscious Eating

 Do you struggle with emotional and problematic eating? Are you constantly depriving yourself only to binge at a later time when feeling lonely, stressed, or anxious? I would love to teach you the tools to finally Break Free from your emotional and problematic eating patterns around food. Using a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach, together, we can shift your mindset about food. You will learn that it is not actually about the food itself that is leaving you feel anxious, guilty, and even depressed, but instead how your emotions and thoughts trigger certain behaviors. You will be able to Break Free from letting food run your life by learning to cultivate self-love, and instead nourishing your body with wholesome, nutrient dense foods.
 
By joining my 12 Week Break Free Program, you will begin to create awareness through CBT techniques, and halt your emotional and problematic eating patterns. You’ll have weekly modules that will challenge you to take a deeper look at your interpersonal triggers and learn understand why you are left self-destructing with food. It is time to Break Free, live consciously, and begin to find peace with food.
