Okay okay, this drink defeats the purpose of Bulletproof Coffee. BP Coffee usually consists of a cup of your favorite coffee, a couple table spoons of either grassfed butter, MCT oil, or brain octane oil, and maybe a little bit of vanilla extract and cinnamon, but I couldn’t resist myself! I usually drink this while I’m doing a 14-16 hour fast, but this time I chose to throw in come Sweet Spreads Chocolate Brownie Coconutter, and it was Ah-May-ZZZing. Sure there were some carbs, but I vow to *not give a crap* about tracking macronutrients and fuel my body with real, delicious food, and truly listen to my body and what it needs. Okay maybe this is more of a want… but that can’t be determined for sure. Women need chocolate don’t they? Check out Sweet Spreads and order one for yourself! Chocolate Brownie Bulletproof Coffee
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 T MCT oil, or fat of choice (butter, brain octane)
- 1 T chocolate brownie coconutter
- splash vanilla
- splash cashew milk (optional)
Blend ingredients together, I use my trust magic bullet, and voila. Dessert coffee bright and early! Impossible not to have a kickass day.
