Hey guys! I’m here with another gut health post, what else is new? I figure, the more I preach, the more I educate, and the more I banter about the importance of loving your guts, maybe you guys actually will? (And maybe the doctors will start prescribing probiotics when patients with mental health issues enter
My February month of self-love plans may have changed a wee bit. It was supposed to be Fit February, and it still kind of is? I just, can’t actually exercise very much because I pulled my back! It’s very frustrating. Even more frustrating when you think you’re healed, then go hammer out some heavy squats
So excited January is coming to an end! And even more excited I’m feeling 100% better than when this month started. I mean I blame Strep throat for feeling crappy in the beginning but regardless, I am thinking 2017 is going to be a very promising year.
January’s #yearofselflove was ensuring I fuel myself with nutrient
Ahh simplicity. One of my 2017 intentions, to live simple. Since I’m living the cleansing life, I find myself spending more time at home cooking and cleaning. Probably subconsciously preparing myself for housewife material since I’m 28 and married to my cat.

I forgot how much fun it was to live with a girlfriend. 24/7 girl talk, wine and chocolate on the ready (don’t worry, we make sure we eat plenty of vegetables and green smoothies!), binge watching The Mindy Project without judgement, and our favorite thing as of late: boy talk. It reminds me that
I love February. Whether you’re spending this month celebrating your love for a special someone, or simply single like me, it’s a great reason to spoil yourself and pass it off as practicing “self-love”. First up, these gorgeous Tiffany’s glasses that not only give me butterflies everytime I put them on but also provide me
