Meet Kelly
Welcome! I’m Kelly and I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Colon Hydrotherapist.
I absolutely love learning about new holistic practices, bio-hacking, and human optimization. My goal is to educate others about holistic health and inspire a healthier way of living.
Nothing brings me more joy than teaching others about the power of holistic nutrition, and how you can heal your body by simply eating nourishing, whole foods.
With a focus on gut health, mental well-being, and hormone balancing, we will work together so you can become your best self, inside and out.
I currently live in Kelowna, BC, Canada, where I love to hike with my puppy, dine at local restaurants, and visit the gorgeous wineries. I have also just recently opened Sona Wellness, a holistic wellness clinic downtown Kelowna, that offers Colon Hydrotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage with the Ballancer Pro, and Contrast Hydrotherapy with an infrared sauna and cold plunge tank.
