It’s been a minute! Actually, it’s been years.
If you’ve been here since the beginning, you know The Holistic Blonde has always been more than just a brand, it’s been a reflection of my journey. And like any woman committed to growth… that journey has expanded in ways I couldn’t have fully imagined a few years ago.
So I wanted to reintroduce myself, not just as who I was, but as who I am now.
In 2022, I took one of the biggest leaps of my life and founded Sona Wellness Clinic.
As a registered psychiatric nurse, I had spent years inside the conventional healthcare system. I saw firsthand how reactive our system can be; waiting for burnout, hormone imbalance, gut dysfunction, anxiety, and exhaustion to hit crisis levels before intervening.
I knew there had to be another way.
Sona was born from that knowing. A space rooted in preventive care, gut health, detoxification, nervous system regulation, and true holistic healing. A space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered in their bodies.
Owning a brick-and-mortar wellness clinic has stretched me in every direction; leadership, finances, boundaries, team building, resilience. Entrepreneurship is one of the most spiritual journeys you can take. It forces you to face your fears, your scarcity patterns, your control tendencies, your burnout edges. And wow….
It’s been humbling.
It’s been expansive.
It’s been one of my greatest teachers.
And it’s also shown me something important…
I love what I do at Sona. I love helping women detox, rebalance, and reconnect to their bodies. I love watching someone walk out lighter, both physically and emotionally.
But as a business owner, I also learned this:
Brick-and-mortar alone doesn’t equal freedom.
There are overhead costs. Staffing. Energy output. Physical presence required.
And while impact matters deeply to me… so does freedom.
Freedom of time.
Freedom of location.
Freedom of financial overflow.
Freedom to choose how I spend my days.
Which led me to expand again.
Over the past year, I’ve stepped into the world of online business in a bigger way.
Not from hustle. Not from desperation. But from alignment.
I invested in mentorship.
I invested in learning how to build online income streams.
I invested in proximity to women who were already living the lifestyle I desired: location freedom, scalable income, and impact without burnout.
And it changed everything.
Now, alongside running Sona Wellness Clinic, I mentor women who are craving more.
Women who:
- Want financial independence
- Want location flexibility
- Want to stop trading hours for dollars
- Want to build income online in a way that feels authentic
- Want to expand beyond what they thought was possible
Because here’s what I believe deeply:
You can love wellness. You can love healing. And you can also love wealth.
The two are not mutually exclusive.
My core passion hasn’t changed.
At the heart of everything I do: running Sona Wellness Clinic, nutrition and holistic nurse coaching, and business mentorship — is this:
I am obsessed with helping women become their optimal, highest selves.
Through nutrition.
Through gut health.
Through detoxification.
Through nervous system support.
Through mindset expansion.
Through financial empowerment.
Holistic health isn’t just green juice and supplements.
It’s:
